- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products, are not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Touch Of House is not responsible for items lost in transit.
